Chakra Journals

Find your way to Zen with these Chakra journals. Each journal has a few pages about chakras and ways to connect with that corresponding energy center. These journals are designed to help you on your road to aligning and opening your chakras. You can travel each charka on its own and record what you find along the way. Sending you good vibes and energy as you learn and grow.

For the Root Chakra: This energy center is located at the base of your spine or the closest point to the ground when you sit. Use this journal to create your base or foundation for life. This chakra creates stability, security, and fills our basic needs. Feel grounded and able to withstand challenges as well as your emotional needs of interconnection, and being fearless.

For the Sacral Chakra: Located just above the pubic bone this center is responsible for passion, sexuality, intimacy, money, creativity, and joy. Working on this center allows us to improve our relationships with ourselves and others.

For the Solar Plexus Chakra: Located in your stomach area. It's responsible for confidence and self-esteem, as well as helping you feel in control of your life.

For the Heart Chakra: Located near your heart, in the center of your chest. It comes as no surprise that the heart chakra is all about our ability to love and show compassion. The heart is the midpoint between our lower (physical) energy centers and our upper (spiritual) centers. Our heart is also the energy center that regulates our entire energy field and its vibrational resonance. This is why many say that a balanced heart chakra is so important to have a fulfilling life.

For the Throat Chakra: Located in the throat. The qualities of this chakra are communication, truth, and self-expression. As with all the chakras, balance is key.

For the Third Eye Chakra: Located in the center of your forehead. This center is linked to perception, awareness, and spiritual communication. This is also the chakra that helps you see clearly, literally, and figuratively.

The final Chakra is the Crown Chakra: Located at the top or highest point on the head is known as “the bridge to the cosmos.” It is the most spiritual in nature of all seven chakras. It acts as the individual's center of spirit, enlightenment, wisdom, universal consciousness, and connection to higher guidance.
